ICYMI, we recently held a free webinar to explore how you can combine a cyber security degree with your passion for another field or a world changing goal

Lucky for you, we recorded it! In this webinar recording, you’ll learn what cyber security specialists do in a day-to-day work environment, and what are the top skills needed to succeed in cyber security careers.

What’s so good about cyber security careers?

Maybe you’re already considering a career in cyber security; or perhaps you’re ‘cyber curious’, trying to understand what it’s all about and whether the career is a good fit for you.

Well, the first thing you need to know is that cyber security careers are expected to grow by 33% by 2030, far outpacing other careers.

Secondly, with a cyber security qualification under your belt, you can work just about anywhere. The career opportunities are diverse – you could work in healthcare, retail, agriculture, transport, media… Cyber security is in all industries and organisations.

In the video, you’ll hear from an expert in the use of AI to enable clinical decision making; a renowned researcher in threat intelligence, Blockchain and remote conditioning monitoring; and a cyber security and digital trust consultant.
