Why it’s POSSIBLE for girls to lead in STEM
This National Science Week, we’re making it possible with a mission designed for girls aged 10-14 (and anyone who supports them).
Girls Day Out in STEM presents My Metaverse Mission: Possible an online STEM adventure like no other. Girls will decode missions and enter our metaverse to discover careers, uncover job secrets, pop info balloons and meet real-life role models powering the future.
Why? Because STEM needs everyone.

Right now, only 1 in 5 AI professionals is a woman.
That gap means lost ideas, missed perspectives and less innovation.
We’re changing that by giving girls agency. Not just the chance to watch, but to do. Not just to hear stories, but to imagine their own futures. Girls Day Out in STEM is bringing girls into the driver’s seat of discovery. From robotics and space to energy and communications missions, you’ll decode and uncover STEM careers in the coolest ways possible!
