Fleet Space Technologies – Graduate Positions

Awesome for: anyone who wants to work in the space industry

Fleet Space Technologies is a space company in South Australia who builds communication and space tech, like satellites. They hire graduates who are in their final year or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last two years.

If you’re offered a graduate role, you’ll:

  • Have a senior mentor who can give heaps of career advice
  • Take part in learning and development opportunities
  • Get the chance to start your STEM + space career in a full-time role

They offer roles in aerospace, mechanical, mechatronic, electronic/electrical and software engineering. If the ‘M’ in STEM is more your jam, there are also opportunities in finance.

Kapitol Group – Graduate Program

Apply here if: you’re passionate about STEM + design and construction and are keen to be a future city shaper

Kapitol Group is a construction company that works on commercial and residential buildings, educational institutions and infrastructure projects. They offer a two-year graduate program where you can build up your skills working across a range of projects so you’re super prepared for future work in this industry.

There are two options. One is the Cadet Program, which is for those in their final year of a construction degree and want a casual gig that works around their studies. Then there’s the Graduate Program – sign up for this if you’ve completed your construction degree and are ready for a full-time, two-year role.

LAB3 – Graduate Program

You’ll love this if: you’re obsessed with staying across the latest tech, including cloud

LAB3 is all about getting businesses and governments using cloud technology. They offer a 12-month graduate engineer program that’s centred around on-the-job learning, team collaboration and formal training in areas like data, DevOps, IoT and AI, security and, of course, cloud! You’ll also be involved in client engagement, have opportunities to gain further certifications, and get a mentor who will develop a career development plan for you!

To apply, you’ll need a relevant qualification in information technology, computer science or data analytics with a minimum 65% GPA.
