The top three graduate employers for 2022 – as voted by grads in a new survey – are all tech companies.
The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) has published a list of the top 75 best places to land your first job straight after uni, and technology companies have dominated the top spots.
Not only are the top three companies on the list all in the tech space – technology companies make up six of the top 10 out of 75 graduate employers, announced this week.
In November and December 2021, AAGE surveyed around 3000 Australian graduates who had all joined their organisation that year. In the anonymous survey, they were asked to rate their employers on 25 different categories, including:
- Orientation or induction program,
- Training and development program,
- Quality of work,
- Career progression,
- Supervisor or manager,
- Compensation and benefits,
- Work/life balance and
- Company culture.
