Hassan Nadeem, business process analyst

Hassan’s path to becoming an expert in business process analysis, business analysis, and robotic process automation began when he migrated to Australia to pursue a postgraduate degree in IT from QUT in 2018. It was there that he discovered his passion for business process management (BPM)—a passion that brought him to Australia and reshaped his career.

He has championed the use of BPMN 2.0, revolutionising process modelling within the organisation. His focus has been on optimising workflows, implementing automation, and guiding stakeholders toward more efficient, scalable processes.
