From green engineering to smart grids, explore the exciting pathways to a cleaner future – and meet the innovators making it happen
In this special issue of Careers with STEM, we bust Net Zero myths, talk about how we can adapt our cities to climate change, and explain the need for green electricians.
Myth: Net Zero = zero emissions
Truth: Net Zero doesn’t mean eliminating all carbon emissions. It’s about reducing greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible, while also removing carbon from the atmosphere. Why not set yourself up with a career that develops new ways to lock away carbon? Or, a job that helps to fulfil the world’s demand for green energy.
