A five minute chat with UTS mechatronics engineering student, Chloe Radoll

At UTS, you can study Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering to develop machines, robotics and automation systems. Here’s what Chloe has to say about her experience.

CwS: Why study at UTS?

C: They do a lot of hands-on subjects. I’m a person that learns best like this. Being there I have made so many friends and met so many amazing people.

CwS: You have been president of the Robotics Society for three years. What is that like?

C: As a leader, it gives me great joy to see students grow their skills. I also really enjoy seeing the number of women in robotics grow.

CwS: What would you say to students considering engineering?

C: There is no certain stereotype for engineers. In the world of engineering, all types of people are needed.

INTERN ABROAD

From UTS to the UK! Through the National Indigenous Space Academy, Chloe scored a placement at RAL Space, collaborating with engineers from around the world on cutting-edge laser systems. Where will your degree take you?
